Ave Maria! On Sunday, September 8th, Feast of the Birth of Our Lady, fourteen young men entered our novitiate with a ceremony at our friary in Casino, Italy. Deo Gratias!

They include three Americans: Alec Clark, Joseph Siebenmorgen, Joshua Massatt. I do not know the names of the rest, but they hail from West Africa, South America, and the Philippines.

The noviciate will be in our friary in Tarquinia, Italy, two hours north of Rome. The goal is to make first vows in September 2020. Keep them in your prayers.

We don’t know the exact event this picture shows if they are practicing for the choir or actually singing during the ceremony. We will let you know if we find out.
