Here are some photos from the opening of the National Shrine to Our Lady of Guadalupe at La Crosse, WI last week. This makes our fifth friary in the US and, Wow, what a house and what a church! On May 31, 2009, the Friars held a Marian conference at the National Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe in LaCrosse, Wisconsin. The conference, entitled “Am I Not Your Mother? Our Lady of Guadalupe and Spiritual Maternity”, included several noteworthy Catholic speakers and was hosted by Irish singer/musician Dana Scallon.

In this first video, Fr. Peter Fehlner, FI, introduces the conference by discussing Marian Coredemption & the reality of Mary’s Spiritual Maternity.
