Homily #150103n ( 05min) Play – Father tells us that there is no name more powerful than the name of “Jesus,” and that we need to treat that name with reverence and respect. A name signifies something of the essence of the child, and the name of Our Lord was preannounced, and therefore is even more particular and prophetic than any other. Jesus is the One Who Saves, and He is Emmanuel, God-with-us. Let us invoke this name with love and reverence for all our needs, and we will be heard by the Father.
