Fr Terrance gives the homily at Bloomington, IN on Oct 25, 2019, on how Paul says we are all “captive to the law of sin that dwells in [our] members” and that we must take this into account when using the internet, even on Catholic sites and especially in the comments, to avoid doing what we know we should not, like rash judgment, gossip, slander, or detraction. This is true especially regarding the Pope, even if we find what he says (or doesn’t say) controversial or ambiguous. Rather, we should have respect for the Pope and the hierarchy. If a site is too critical (even in the comments) we must avoid the site. We will not be judged by how many details we have on events, but on how much we love and work on becoming a saint, reforming ourselves and forgetting the negativity of our times.

On the feast of Our Lady of Fatima, with the confirmation by the Holy See of the religious indicated for the General Chapter inaugurated on April 18, 2022, our commissarial period comes to an end.
The institute is grateful to the Church for her maternal concern which has seen Frs. Fidenzio Volpi OFMCap and Sabino Ardito SDB, until the advent of Fr. Gianfranco Ghirlanda SJ, who, assisted by Fr. Carlo Calloni OFMCapp, managed with competence and generosity to direct the Institute towards new horizons.
We offer our best wishes to Fr. Immacolato M. Acquali as the new Minister General and to Frs. Massimiliano M. Zangheratti (Vicar General), Alfonso M. A. Bruno and Johnfrancis M.
