I would like to share some news I read few minutes ago. It’s about the Cardinal Odilo Scherer. They are saying that he is being quoted with great chances to become the next Pope.

Father, I didn’t mean to criticize. I just meant to say that I agree with you and also adding my opinion about who I think is going to be the next Pope. I have to admit I have a difficulty to express in English. But I have made progress.

In reply to Alex Benedictus. Right, primarily the ranking is just a curiosity and the goal is to provide a quick list of links to various candidates/voters. The ranking is helpful, though, just for the sake of starting somewhere. That is, if you can't study all of them, then who do you concentrate on first? Hopefully the ranking will give at least a rough idea of who will be most influential in the conclave as well as who has the relative chances of being the next Pope.

Dear Friars, I haven’t yet seen this ranking. I think so that it is not for avail the wothyness of each one of the Cardinals. I think it is just a curiosity that serves to know what people are thinking or expecting. Just that. But it is interesting too.

I had seen other similar ranking in a tradicionalist blog, very popular in my country among the Catholics. On that ranking, Cardinal Burk appears at 1st position.

I personaly find that Cardinal Bertone might be the next Pope. But of course that’s simplely my opion. I don’t know if that’s God’s will.
