Ezechiel 11:19-20

19 And I will give them one heart, and will put a new spirit in their bowels: and I will take away the stony heart out of their flesth, and will give them a heart of flesh:
20 That they may walk in my commandments, and keep my judgements, and do them: and that they may be my people, and I may be their God.

St Luke 17:2021

20 And being asked by the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come? he answered them, and said: The kingdom of God cometh not with observation:
21 Neither shall they say: Behold here, or behold there, For lo, the kingdom of God is within you.

St Mark 12:28-34 The Greatest Commandment…

To love God, and neighbor….not one or the other, both.
