Maybe I am too lazy, dumb or tired. I liked what you said about a lot of people that go to Mass are just trying to get thru the week. I feel like that. I go to daily Mass too because I need the Lord Jesus to get thru the day- it is that simple. I think sometimes people forget that there are a lot of simple Catholics in the pews that do not have an agenda but are simply trying to be a good person and love God. I liked a lot what you said about the fact that there is a lot of concern over pro-abortion politicians going to Holy Communion but not any concern over the thousands of people who line up who are in mortal sin each and every week. (that is not exactly what you said but that is my turn on it)
I liked what you said about the all the Chris West stuff – it is ridiculous. I don’t waste my time with that guy at all.
I go to the Latin Mass now but I am a simple Catholic – I started going because the people and the priest are more reverent during the Mass and I just love it. I just love the atomosphere and I like to dress respectfully and wear a mantilla. I feel like I have entered civilization in a sense. Anyway, I do not have an agenda about the missal or whatever.
