In October all the priests of the diocese have been directed by the Archbishop to speak on pro-life issues.

Yet the bishop is neutral on the Personhood Amendment that will be on the ballot and that is rather a shame. It is said it will not stand up in court. No surprise; what does? The will of the people can always be overturned by the will of one judge anyway. But the thing that is important is that minds and hearts may be converted to a pro-life view. We will keep bringing back this petition and keep it before the people. The last time it came up for vote 618,000 of my fellow statesmen voted for it. Now for a million, and then two million and then maybe mothers will decide that they cannot take the life of the person growing within them.

All that mattered to Obama and those who voted for him, content with his positions on abortion, was a woman’s intent to abort. He conveniently failed to answer the simple question with his legal cleverness -how long after the baby is born and separated from it’s mother does this intent thing last; 1 day, a week, a year, a decade…?

The sad part of all this is the scandal of 2/3 of the Catholic Bishops in the USA remaining mute when the rest of the flock of shepards ran salivating to Notre Dame eger to praise and honor the man behind this evil -Obama.
