I strongly support calls for the beatification of the late Pope Pius XII, wrongly traduced as indifferent to the “Shoah” or even treated as “pro-nazi”( when in reality Hitler regarded him as a “Jew loving Cardinal” and even planned his kidnapping (and presumably murder) at one stage!
